My husband just had a major spine surgery at JMH last week. We have been staying on the 6th floor West for the past 6 days. The nurses and support caregivers have been wonderful. PT was supportive and patient as he slowly made progress. Eduardo in hospitality was fantastic by calling ahead to make sure that I knew where to go, was comfortable during the 10-hour surgical day and checked in every day. The true stand-out was April in Food Nutrition. She went out of her way to make sure that my husband's special dietary needs were met, had this incredibly wonderful personality, and was just an all-around amazing human being that I want to recognize. Being away from home is difficult but someone like her that brings a little sunshine to a stay like this just makes the difference in this experience.

Received lovely treatment from the nursing staff and doctors. It’s a bit busy but the team tried their best to help everyone based to urgency. Thank you

0 stars Very Rude Staff for Intake . You can’t even get a word in there like demons honestly . I simply asked for a blanket in the lobby they stated I can’t have one as a patient . The lobby is extremely uncomfortable with the cold and the women staff has very bad attitude at the Jose Milton Foundation Triage almost like racist and biased behavior and demeanor. The night staff is very Rude . I don’t recommend this hospital they need to work on there communication skills .

Amazing bedside recovery service from the Trauma 3A nursing team. Multiple nurses went far and beyond standard treatment and recovery services. To name a few amazing nurses, Beatrice, Shawntia, Brad, and Mathew. They are really went out of their way to provide excellent care in my times of need. 100% recommend Jackson Memorial Hospital. Provided me with top care, all the way from the doctors to the nursing and CNA staff. Food could be better though.

My mom fell and due to the location of her injury/trauma, was sent by ambulance from the Tampa area to Jackson Memorial. We had no idea what to expect as we are not from that area, but the staff from her trauma team (blue team - 6th fl west), techs, nutrition/meal staff, nurses, doctors, to her social workers with one or two exceptions were kind, compassionate, patient, and treated her like family. Latoya, Philo, Kenneth, Phillipe, Elsa, Blanca, Genevieve, Julie to name a few - you all are truly special people with beautiful souls. From the moment I met them, it was clear they have a sincere sense of integrity, compassion, and dedication when caring for others that can't be taught. My mom says "on all levels - empathy, humanity, efficiency, kindness, expertise". I hope Jackson Memorial recognizes their contributions when it comes to leadership in patient care, ensures pathways for growth and compensation, and protects them from burnout. It really made the difference for our family to feel so cared for. Normally our hospital preference is Tampa General, but if we could be in their care again for any future needs, I would gladly drive the 5 hours back to Jackson Memorial in Miami.

I had a very positive experience at Jackson Memorial Hospital (Lever Transplant). doctors, nurses, and all the staff were extremely professional, caring, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The medical team showed great dedication and compassion, and I truly felt that I was in safe hands. The hospital facilities were clean and well organized, and the staff worked very hard to provide excellent care. I sincerely appreciate the support and kindness from everyone involved in my treatment. Thank you to the entire team at Jackson Memorial Hospital for the outstanding care.

I recently spent time at the Holtz Childrens Hospital at Jackson and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well-supported. ​All doctors were incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. The nursing staff including Nina and Kristen was attentive, kind, and genuinely compassionate. Emilia Ritzert from VUMI Hospitality took great care of us which made our difficult time much easier. We are lucky to have such a dedicated medical team in our community!

The female and male nurses at the hospital are very kind and helpful! My grandmother fell and was brought to Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH) by an ambulance. She spent about 4 days there, and all of her needs were met. I want to thank all of the staff members who made her stay comfortable! -Alyona

My wife recently received treatment at this hospital during our stay in Miami, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care she received. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The nurses were especially outstanding—always attentive, compassionate, and willing to help with anything we needed. They made a stressful situation much easier for both of us. We would like to sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff for their dedication and kindness. The level of care and professionalism was exceptional, and we truly felt that my wife was in the best hands. Thank you all for everything you do. We will always remember the excellent care and warm support we received.

Being at this hospital has been the longest experience of my life i was in an accident, and I have burned over 65% of my body body., but I'm so happy that I'm here. the nurse's care. And you can tell they care they're here because they love their job, it's not just a job to them. They're here because they love taking care of people. I've had some of the best experiences with these wonderful nurses.\n And I wish I could give a shout out to every single one of them because they all deserve it. These women are one of a kind you'll probably only ever get this kind of treatment from your mother every single one of these nurses deserve a dozen roses, and a steak dinner every single one of these women are so incredible,
